The 2003 Hessler Street Fair Photo Contest was judged by Louis P. Grasso (director of graphics for Pinton Media Inc), Gloria Sweeney Rogers (freelance photographer), and Tim Ryan (commercial photographer). Prizes were donated by Dodd Camera and The Hessler Neighborhood Association.
